Contacted the chemist for prescriptions to be delivered for my father over 6 weeks ago. Was advised it was all set up, then when prescription was sent to them they sent it back to GP. I called them, they were rude and unhelpful. No need for bad manners, an apology would have sufficed, but nothing. Very unhelpful, I will not be returning there again.

My daughter was very unwell on Saturday and required an emergency Dr visit and prescription. I took the prescription to Billings pharmacy in kingswood and they only had half of the required dose. They assured me that they had ordered the rest of the prescription for Monday. I went to collect at 9.30am to be told it had not come in. I was annoyed, but I said I would come back later that day. The staff said it would definitely be in and they checked the delivery details. I arrived a second time to collect at 18.00pm to be told it had not come in. No sympathy or apology offered. My daughter does not have enough medicine for tomorrow morning. I’m really upset and cross at this terrible service and suggest others to use other pharmacies. I’m currently sat at the doctors waiting for a prescription to take to an out of hours pharmacy. Very disappointed.
