Same pharmacist served me as the previous review. Very rude lady, didn’t want to ask me any questions or help me at all with regards to my eye infection-simply said I need an optician (it was a stye). I’ve worked in pharmacy previously so I know the questions you should be asking/ what you can and can’t sell, and this woman just didn’t wanna sell anything I guess. Another customer turned back as after she spoke to me, as if she was going to complain.. Shame I wasnt a mystery shopper as Boots seemed to take those pretty seriously!! There are other rude and incompetent pharmacy staff here too- I’ve only collected my script here 2/3 times and every time there’s been an issue with it. I don’t know why boots what to keep rude staff like this in their store..bizarre! The actual shop staff are lovely!

I visited the Boots, George Street branch this evening around 15:00. I went into the store asking for a nit comb, the kind staff on the boots side said I might have to ask at the pharmacy which I did. I went to the pharmacy, asked the lady at the till who said this should be on the shop floor and pointed rudely and to a random section and didn’t even show me or tell me which aisle/ section but I didn’t think much of it at the time. I had a look on the shop floor pharmacy side but couldn’t find the item I was after. I then went back over to the pharmacy asked her kindly and respectfully if she can show me becuase the lady on the boots side said I’d have to go over to pharmacy to which she replied with “PLEASE DONT SHOW ME ATTITUDE”. Not once was I rude or showed rude behaviour or said rude inappropriate words. I am so ashamed and embarrassed with the way she made me feel. The pharmacist behaviour, and body language and communication skills were poor. She is representing not just the NHS but Boots and her behaviour is disgusting and rude if anything. I have seen multiple reviews online regarding the pharmacy staff with similar actions. This needs to be addressed. I can describe the Pharmacist as a south Asian lady, short dark hair, medium built and possible around 5ft3-5ft5, wearing navy top. She was working sunday 7th evening. Please can this be addressed.
