The optitians department have no customer care or focus, the optitian was openly telling me hes Been working all week and needs to go home early, not asking about my eye care. The manager when i complained to her was very belittling. When i have been for My eye test before as ive always used boots they where all Professional and listerned to your concerns. I will never be using boots optitans again as the level of service and care is not there and very unprofessional. I have moved to a different company and also My children and husband, ive also have had my parents and rest of my family move as we have a history of lost of eye sight and we can not risk someone missing anything because they are rushing to get home. Unfortunately the team they have are unprofessional.

I made the mistake of telling them my previous prescription was four weeks of blood thinners short - the next time they only supplied 4 weeks blood thinners telling me they had advance me 4 weeks recently. Are they trying to kill me? Do they attempt to control stocks or are they a bunch of dangerous lunatics? Wouldn't trust them to supply my with a plaster in the future.

After using this pharmacy for four years and every time I visit say I’m going to change from them, I finally have, they treat there customers appallingly, if that’s how they treat the customer I dread to think how they treat the staff, it explains why they’re always short staffed, and never the same staff serving, it takes them a minimum 3 days ( and that’s if you push them) to do a prescription
