I have been using Lloyds Pharmacy every 2 months to fill a repeat prescription for almost 5 years and in that time they have hardly ever been able to fulfil my prescriptions quickly or completely. Despite submitting prescriptions a week in advance through the surgery I am often told it is not ready for collection or I will have to come back the next day to collect the remainder of some items.
In May I telephoned to check if my prescription was ready for collection… Yes, it is ready but when I went to collect it 2 items were not available (including Aspirin) and I had to go back again the next day. I even had to wait whilst the assistant finished eating in the store room before they could be bothered to come and serve me!
Enough is enough! I am taking steps to have my repeat prescriptions sent elsewhere.
