    Waited in the rain at 1.55pm then the lady who works there turned up at 2pm to then tell me that she cannot open until the pharmacist gets there and I said I only need a thermometer for my son who is not well. She said she can't help me unless the pharmacist is there. Ridiculous I can't buy something because a pharmacist is not there us absolutely not correct. Since when did you need a pharmacist to by a thermometer....and the lady was rude...

    I'm 19 years old and still in full time education. I popped to day lewis and apparently I have to pay for my prescription But I don't beacuse it clearly says on nhs website that full time education students are entitled to free prescriptions. The staff started giving me attitude and not helping me out. Keeps telling me I need to get a HC2 certificate. Non sense! I don't recommend any to go there to be honest.
