I visited this pharmacy to buy an over-the-counter medication. The pharmacist spoke to me in a dismissive manner and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain something. I found talking to them very distressing and it made me feel very unwell. I suffer from a neurological condition so I asked them whether I could tell them something private and then I quietly mentioned to the pharmacist my condition, in the hope that they would tone down their behaviour.
I presume pharmacists are expected to adhere to some professional ethical standards. This pharmacist does not. | ||||||
