What’s the point of having a telephone if no one can bother to answer it!!!!

The store itself is fine but the pharmacy is absolutely appalling. No one seems to know what the other is doing. Prescriptions go missing. The system to tell you that your Prescription is ready never works. They totally messed up my pharmacy delivery so many times that I cancelled the service and went back to collection even though its not always an easy option for me. NO ONE ever answers the phones. I've been trying yet again for 3 days to speak to someone but no answer.

Failure to complete prescription month after month due to request being sent to doctors late or not at all. Constantly having to chase prescriptions. Failure to deliver prescriptions. Being told tablets can't be ordered in ready whilst waiting for a prescription to come back as we're out of stock, could only order once had prescription which meant patient may run out of a medication they rely on daily and can't go without due to boots failing to put a monthly repeat prescription through. Failure to deliver tablets time and time again after constantly being told patient could only except afternoon deliveries and if did attempt morning delivery no card left or reattempt at delivery so patient did not know was due a delivery and is not of the mental capacity to keep track and know. Failure to deliver part prescriptions when not all tablets have been in stock. If it wasn't for family members of the patient constantly having to check up what tablets the patient has and checking when tablets are due the patient would end up going with out medication on several occasions and be in an extremely bad way. The procedure at boots need a serious looking at as I'm pretty sure from going into boot time after time again to sort out their failings I have experience several people complaing at the counter.
