Fine as long as everything running ok. On a number of occasions they claim they have not got my prescription (when they said they had on the phone). On contacting my doctors receptionist I was given a number which on returning to the pharmacy magically produced the prescription they said they didnt have. A current and complicated issue with recently changed medication resulted in a very stressful number of interactions with staff who proved to be patronising, totally lacking in social skills, and intent on patient blaming. If they want to give the impression of being more than ordinary shop assistants, they need to learn to be more professional and understanding. I am a retired professional myself, and I feel very sorry for the elderly at the mercy of these people.

been going to this chemist for ages but now they ate trying to refuse me my medication and they keep asking for the adress which they already know because its on the prescription if i get refused medication again i have to report it to police and ive been told to use another chemist but i shouldnt have to do that
