I have had lots of problems with lloyds chemist at lawrence weston Bristol not getting my tablets on time or they wasnt ordered from my doctors surgery in fact in the end i had to report it to thier head office

Went to the doctors on Tuesday, was told my prescription would be sent to Lloyds pharmacy, Ridingleaze and would be ready to collect on Friday, duly went to pharmacy on Friday to be told that they had only just printed the prescription and told to come back after 4pm(now 2.10pm). Went back at 5pm to now be told that the item on the prescription is a special order and it will "hopefully" be in on Monday. So Monday will be the 3rd time I will have to take an hour out of my working day to collect the same prescription, and even then they will only hopefully have it in. This isn't the first time that something like this has happened, in fact whilst waiting 40 minutes last week for a prescription that was meant to be ready the day before,(the women serving me actually laughed when I told her it was meant to be ready the day before), heard the same excuses used on 5 different customers. Appalling level of service, which has become worse since we were forced to nominate a pharmacy for our prescriptions, there is only the one pharmacy in the area so we have no choice. By the way rang the doctors after leaving the pharmacy and the receptionist informed me that they sent the prescription to the pharmacy on Tuesday afternoon.
