I've been with Aston since the beginnings of its franchise, opening. With no problems,for years a straight breeze. However the messing up from my medications, on the delivery days side has been abysmal different days of the week cause g me to miss medication one.for cancer at that,also mental health script., this last 3 months has been horrendous. Got he point my senior health professional wrote them a firm letter. I walked in with a script (after said letter) for a.simple emergency script of just 14 tablets I have it the pharmacist himself, i.Got home and couldn't believe be had only put seven in, it wasn't Busy in the shop, just me and the phones.didn't ring whilst i.was.waiting. How.do you make those mistakes? So here I am now back in hospital, through this then this and guess what it's still been.going on today. On a.positive the girls in there are wonderful professionals, pity about the pharmacist astons.need to look how to improve again.but I'm off.now to cohens. Pharmacist needs to go back to school of retrain. Yup I'm in hospital due to the 3 month.of bad service.
