I have been attending this pharmacy for a very long time now, although there are many pharmacies in the locality I have yet to find others who are willing to go to the lengths the staff at Prime Pharmacy go to in order to satisfy their customers. I have my repeat prescriptions done by the pharmacy and they always deliver, sometimes the surgery messes up (a lot of the times actually!) but the pharmacy is always on the ball, always going out of their way to chase up my prescriptions so that I get my medicines. They also recently started to deliver to me when I am stuck at work and unable to make in on time to collect my medicine. They have also helped me out a lot on a couple of occasions when I haven't had the money to actually pay for my prescriptions there and then. I panic at times when that happens and the pharmacy staff (especially the person behind the counter/computer) are always so reassuring and willing to help out. I just want to thank them so much for their efforts.
