I have quite a complex prescription to make up but nothing can be ordered earlier than 7 days before it runs out so it is very close to medication running out. I remember the time I went in and it had been done and I could collect and walk out with full medication. It really doesn't happen like that anymore my medication is never ready and I often have to sit and wait for it to be made up. I have tried to ring before I go but they don't answer the phone . It seems they are really short staffed alot of the time and under alot of pressure I seem to spend alot of time inhere which is very frustrating. It seems that under the new modality group that Holycroft pharmacy has shut down and Rowlands has taken over doing their prescriptions which has added more pressure but no more staff to cope with extra work load. It is the nearest pharmacy to my GP so it should not be a problem to collect my prescription. I absolutely dread having to go in I don't know how it can be . I feel sorry for staff who must feel tired after a day working in the pharmacy. The place also looks like it needs a good clean dirty floor
and generally grubby. No condusive for a pharmacy.

been going here over 15 years and the staff are always nice and if theirs going to be a wait they tell you and i like this good honest Original Comment Report...

I've been using this Pharmacy for years, I can't thank them enough for there hardwork.
