Used to be excellent but now I don’t know whether they are overwhelmed or just totally disorganised but you can stand for ages waiting to collect a prescription they don’t appear to bother sending a text to inform you when it’s ready It’s the same with the doctors next door gone from being one of the best. To now just another average one | ||||||

went in to pick up prescription. It wasn't ready and said I would call back. She found the scrip and put it in a tray. A member of staff spoke to her and the 2 of them went into the consulting room leaving me standing there - and I wanted further items. Another member of staff started serving the person behind me leaving me standing there. Some minutes later the first member of staff returned, completely ignored me and started searching on the computer/till as others behind me were getting served. Shambolic | ||||||
