Doesnt aanswer phone. Two days said. Medicine was being delivered no sign of it niw closing and told not to keep ringing phone

I have a serious breathing condition and they said my medication was in and to come and collect it from the chemist and when i just about make there, they tell me its not there. This medication was ordered 10 days previous. In short they are unprofessional, uncaring and only in it for the money. And most of all, down right RUDE!!

The head pharmacist is extremely rude. He does not communicate in a calm, patient manner. Does not know how to speak to people with disabilities. Extremely upsetting whilst the other staff also did not offer help or clarification just stood around and watched whilst he tried to humiliate me for asking a simple question.
