I have used this pharmacy several times and never had a problem. The staff have been helpful and knowledgeable and the times when I have had to ask the pharmacist any questions they have always been available to offer good advice. It can be busy so sometimes better to call back if your in a rush, I think people don't realise they have work coming in on their system all the time so even if your the only one waiting your not necessarily 1st in line. The most appalling service ever. Staff are clueless and have zero customer service skills. 7.30pm at night and 3 members of staff yet still a 30 minute wait to dispense a prescription that was dropped off over 3 hours ago. Useless. Avoid at all costs. Original Comment Report...
