The bloke is an idiot, I have chronic eye condition called blepharitis which cannot be cured, only the symptoms can be managed . One of the symptoms is very similar to conjunctivitis and is the same bacteria so when it flares I need to take eye drops with chloramphenicol in it , on doctors and opticians advice. The idiot wouldn’t sell it me because he used the excuse that it can only be sold to conjunctivitis by law ,which is a lie, Only chemist I’ve been refused this medicine by an over officious fool who shouldn’t be dealing with people. I’m 54 and can’t be trusted to buy an antibiotic eye drops by that prat, Went to a proper chemist and got it no problem ...

Went into the pharmacy to get the pill. The woman doing the consultation did not have a clue what she was talking about, asked all the wrong questions and issued me with pretty much anything without finding out properly what I require. Absolutely apalling!!!!! Never had this issue before. It was extremely embarrassing too as she was not even discreet about it. Even though she was already told why I was there. She came out and asked me AGAIN. Usually the pharmacist takes you straight into the consultation room as they already know. Please save other people the embarrassment and train your staff properly in these matters. I had to pay a ridiculous price too as this was not explained properly either, when I usually have come before it has never been like this. Luckily the Lady at the til seemed to know a lot more than the actual woman who did my consultation.
