    They always go the extra mile to ensure I have my prescription on time, nothing is too much trouble, extremely helpful and very friendly, an asset to your team.

    I use this pharmacy for all my prescriptions and the service you get is second to none. From ringing up my doctors surgery to collecting my prescription it's so quick and easy. The ladies that work in there are always friendly and happy to help, you can tell the manager in there knows how to run a pharmacy.

    Poor duty of care. Constantly breaching covid rules and always getting my medication wrong. Treatment I received was poor, the pharmacy I felt were laughing at me I believe. It was so cruel, embarrassed cannot begin to express how I feel in front of other people, not once asked me if I wanted to talk on private. Losing their temper. I'm not allowed to use their name, but I hope they will be nicer to people on the future. It's a shame I have to change my nominated pharmacy.
