Have lived in Nayland road for 2 years and chose rowlands because it is close, both my partner and myself are disabled, her worse than me. I am now awaiting surgery and can no longer walk to pick up meds, i get a lift but leave it to last minute to go as it is never there when promised and am told to come back which means me getting another lift or i only get half of my prescribed meds, as of today 08/10/2023 i have been 6 days with no pain relief as they tell me there is a shortage, they have said this before but when you chack this it is untrue. my partner gets her meds delivered from Asda, always correct and on time, that's my next stop, goodbye rowlands.

This place has gone down hill. Been visiting for 18 years and last time I visited I was told the prescription for diabetic drugs would be processed in two weeks as they had no staff. Then today after they provided two days of antibiotics yesterday they told me they could not get the rest and I would have to drive 10 mins away go another chemist, when. I said I thought this was crazy as this chemist is on my road , the pharmacist replied “you wouldn’t drive for your sons health”The antibiotic is a well known simple antibiotic and Asda had full stick.i find the pharmacist in there rude unhelpful and really like they would rather be anywhere else in the world. I won’t be going back.

went in for a prescription and the person who served me was obviously new or they just didn’t seem to care they hardly spoke to me and was very rude just grunted at me this made me feel very uneasy ... finally after a long wait I got my prescription I won’t be going there again
