Yet again i have spent ages waiting for a prescription which the dismissive rude assistant said was just being dispensed, 40 minutes later, i was told they didn't have the medication in stock! Happens time and time again. Got the prescription, took it to Boots, and got it with no problem. This branch is a total nightmare

Had a 15 minute opening in my busy day to grab a prescription for my poorly child but when I arrived the pharmacy was closed as they didn't have a key!! No explanation to me I stood there like an idiot while they laughed and chatted and even the drug delivery man arrived and stood outside. Needless to say I've had to leave to get to work and now make time to get there when no doubt the queues will be ridiculous. Terrible service.

Changed pharmacy from boots to Lloyds hoping it would be better, arrived at 0910 message on door not open until 1000 due to staff shortages, what's going on? Maybe their staff are experiencing the same issues that hundreds of us in Cottingham are, no medicine when needed, usual responses from complaints yet nothing done, the worlds gone mad
