I couldt agree more with the comments relating to poor service. I have just come off the phone after trying for over half hour for them to answer..just terrible ..I am trying to ring to let them know they have given me someone’s else’s tablets…how bad is this. Will try again to see if they will answer..

Regardless of what day or time you go into this branch they never, ever have your medication ready. They are the most unorganized Pharmacy that I have ever had the misfortune to try and pick up a prescription from. They keep you waiting for ages, then forget what you've requested from them, several times. The stock in the back room seems to be littered in boxes all over the floor, so they have to waste time rummaging through it, then they can't find it. They lose prescriptions and just don't seem to have any clue about what they are doing.
