Pharmacy manager only cares about what is going on in her own little world. Thinks she is constantly undermining her staff and thinks she is always right. The dispensing team work so hard and she wants to work at her own pace not caring if the team receive abuse for her slow behaviour and when someone does call her out on her behaviour she will go and cry in the corner and tell other staff members to call security.
