Booked a seasonal ‘flu vaccine in advance, but had to reschedule jab for a week later (I’m a key worker). ‘Phoned up Reena who said “No problem. Although the online system is no longer taking bookings, I can fit you in at the end of my day (3:20pm).” Turned up early to be told by staff “Reena’s already left for the day and we have no record of the appointment (basically accusing me of lying).” My advice is to use the many other pharmacies nearby instead, who are more professional. Rang up another one (just down the road) and they did my free jab within the hour.

Tried 3 times to ring to see if my prescription was there as I used to receive a text to tell me it’s ready. No more it seems! Their communication is dreadful . The worst of it is they did have the prescription. No apologies nothing! Poor customer service....
