We've made it our mission to take the hassle out of prescriptions. To do this, we're changing how we work so that we can give you more choice in how you get your medicines.
Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

My mum has her medication from here unfortunatel well did up until today. Constantly having to wait for prescribed medical sometimes up to a week. . I believe this pharmacy is a danger to its patients. More often than not No pharmacist on Duty and staff can be very rude and unhelpful. There needs to be a serious shake up of staff and they need to employ a full time pharmacist

Useless pharmacy and a danger to people requiring prescriptions. I've just moved my mum to Hemsby due to constantly having to wait for her medication sometimes up to a week. This place really needs a major review of staff and employ a full time pharmacist. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with these people

Awful experience they were inefficient, arrogant and damn right dismissive. I have a large and complex set of medication. I was told on the Saturday that the prescription would be ready on Tuesday only to go in to collect it and find that Holly had received it with note attached yet hadn't bothered to look at it.. I had to wait an hour and leave with most of it missing and was met with no help or explanation when asked from either of the two working that day. They didn't know what they were doing Holly was too busy flirting with the delivery driver and gave the impression that they didn't want to be doing it either.. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you DON'T use this Chemist if you value your WELL being!
