We have always had our repeat prescriptions from Boots in The Ridgeway, Plympton, Plymouth. We have been satisfied with customer service. Every two months our drugs would be collected always on time. They would be in two paper bags one for my husband one one for me. The last couple of times our drugs have been in separate sealed PLASTIC bags 5 for my husbands and 4 for mine. I thought we were all supposed to be aware of what the plastic was doing for the environment. I have spoken about it to the staff ,I know it is not their decision ,apparently the drugs are being made up somewhere else. I feel this is a bad let down for Boots and they should rethink their packaging.
