First class and reliable. Always helpful, even phoned me to check things. Great e-link with my on-line repeat prescriptions. |

I've been using this pharmacy for a good while now - they give excellent service, are very professional and totally efficient in their work. They have often gone 'above and beyond' to help out when there has been the occasional (rare) mix up between my ordering a repeat prescription and them receiving it. I couldn't ask for more, they are a credit to their profession. |

Dropped by my prescription at a morrisons pharmacists,
Not told until I collect that they only have five days worth instead of two months, but what can I do then? They've already filed out the prescription so I can't now take it elsewhere. (and the five days worth I was give were cut badly from the blister pack, 2 pills were no longer sealed) My partner went back after the weekend to collect 110 tablets owed to be told they still had note and couldn't tell us when they would have some. He asked what we were supposed to do since I was running out of the pills, he asked if they actually knew what the pills were and what they were for and that they have bad side effects if I don't take them. The member of staff didn't seem to know or to have noticed that our address was 10 miles away and we had now been here three times (just thought we'd get the prescription one day while passing, never had problems getting it at my old pharmacists which I should have stuck with!)
It probably isn't the fault of the pharmacist that they don't have my medication, but how they dealt with that was really poor. I was fobbed off with five days worth of badly cut blisters (with no safety leaflet inside - and I was not asked if this was the first time I was taking them) they said there would be some in monday, so I expected them to have put some aside for me when it came in - Tuesday today, no pills, and no idea when there will be. All the pharmacist could tell us was we should go back to the doctor for an emergency prescription and try elsewhere, but the pharmacist wouldn't give him back the owing note until he insisted repeatedly, which was the only thing proving I haven't already had the pills, and which the pharmacist should have been giving back anyway since they had no medication to offer in exchange for it!
Uninformative (and uninformed) and unhelpful, I will not be going back after I've got this sorted! |
