I have been going to get my prescriptions for the last year after Lloyds were failing miserably at their services. Have to say, I won't be going again. I'm sick of using my manners to snobs who pretend they can't see you queuing or don't like the looks of you. I'm not from Ashbourne and I don't like their stuck up attitude. One older lady in the pharmacy has this problem. You work behind a counter in pharmaceutical. My uncle Richard Storer has made millions working for glaxosmithkline, seglin. Huge difference. Get off your high horse and sort your cob webs. |

I visited this branch yesterday to purchase a new foundation. I don't usually buy from boots as I think its cheaper at my usual store. I was served by Joan who helped realised I was entitled to offers and free items that I hadn't picked up before. She is a lovely lady and ideal for a front facing customer service position. She sorted me out with a boots card and its safe to say that I will be shopping there from now on. Thank you Joan! |

Waited in the queue for my prescription for a long time; the staff were very busy. Someone asked to see the pharmacist, privately. They hadn’t queued. All my prescription needed to be complete was a check by the pharmacist, about a 30 second task. But apparently, since all the labels weren’t stuck in place on the box, the person who hadn’t queued took priority. So I waited another 15 minutes whilst they were seen, privately by the ONLY pharmacist. When the pharmacist came out, he went behind the counter to get whatever was needed for his customer but then had to go on a hunt for an appropriate paper bag. In all, I waited 30 mins to have a tick put on my prescription. When I suggested it would only have taken 2 minutes to complete my prescription both staff were extremely defensive, unapologetic and in my opinion, quite rude. Clearly they have absolutely no idea how to speak to paying customers. I understand that they are currently overwhelmed with the demand for prescriptions but their systems and responses are really dreadful. If there was a choice, I would never use them again. |
