Have never had home delivery, yet they have delivered prescriptions to us we didn't ask for! Have told us prescriptions ready for collection when they are not. Have told us they do not have a prescription when they do. Not at all impressed with them.

Absolute joke. They say ring an order through but they do not answer the phone. You go in and they say why didn't you ring? They say an order will be 1 hour, you go back a day or a week later and it is still not ready. I get they are under staffed but they are promising what they cannot give. We wouldn't mind if they were hones and answered phones.

I have been twice this week to pick up a prescription only to find the store closed due to staff shortage. When will the store be open, please?
