Back at the beginning of July 2021, my mother was diagnosed initially with a chest infection, & latterly, with a heart condition. I would like to offer the deepest gratitude & praise for Charlie, who works at this pharmacy, for his tenacity & commitment to patient care. Initially, he delivered my mother's antibiotics on the same day they were prescribed. The deliveries had already gone out for the day, but Charlie went above & beyond his duties, delivering our meds on his way home from work. Secondly, Charlie put an urgent call out to the delivery person a few days later, to urgently get my mother's heart medication delivered to us, which arrived in 1 hour, literally!! I cannot thank Kamsons & indeed Charlie enough, for going above & beyond his line of duty in order to support & prevent problems with patient care. In the 2 years of my dealings with Charlie, he has been actively supporting my mother with her MAOI's, which have been in critical short supply at times. Between myself, Dr Saeed & Charlie, we were able to perform almost miracles in getting these meds to the correct person in a timely manner. I work as an NHS phlebotomist, & am overwhelmed with the support & drive that Charlie has shown within the scope of his role, which has been nothing short of excellent!! Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.

Always helpful and you can tell the staff are always happy. I find the the service fast and efficient. The Pharmacist is a legend and extremely knowledgeable and kind. I trust her as I do my own GP.
