Some of the staff are really helpful some of them especially one has got such a terrible attitude absolutely hate having to deal with her ar first I brushed it off but noooo went in today and once again the same attitude , shocking will be going back to boots pharmacy | ||||||

I have been using Morrisons rugeley now for several months, I previously used another local pharmacy but found the service was starting to dissapoint me, a friend of mine recommended Morrisons. I must say that nothing is too much trouble, the staff are always attentive and my prescriptions are always ready when I collect. If I have ever got any issues they always go out of there way to help. The pharmacists are so professional and nothing is too much trouble, i.e. When one of the items I regularly have went out of stock, they contacted the manufacturer direct to find out what the issue was. Then they contacted my doctors to ask for them to issue an alternative. Absolutely wonderful service with excellent staff and I always now recommend this pharmacy to anyone I talk to. Well done to all that work there and keep up the good work. | ||||||

I was refused service e.g. my prescription was ready to collect but I was told that there was no responsible pharmacist available until 2.15pm (I arrived at 1.30pm).
I note that this is in contravention of Section 8(2) of the NHS Pharmaceutical Regulations 2013 - "Drugs or applicances so ordered shall be provided either by or under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist". Morrissons pharmacy in Rugeley have also gone against the GPhC Responsible pharmacist guidance which states that the responsible pharmacists may be absent but must remain contactable with the pharmacy staff ... and "return with resonable promptness where this is necessary to secure the safe and effective running of the pharmacy".
I note that at this time (15/12/14) there was no sign stating that services were unavailable at specific times during the day. The pharmacist has agreed that this would be amended. | ||||||
