My daughter has had asthma for many years, this is uncontrolled during summer restricting her activity and what she can enjoy. The pharmacist went through all her inhalers with her, checked she was using them correctly, which she was not. He asked us to come back again three times until he was satisfied with her technique, he also contacted the doctor to prescribe a nasal spray for my daughter. The results have been life transforming, my daughter has not had an asthma attack since. She participates in sports, which she did not do so before. We cannot thank the pharmacist enough for his intervention.

Went in to get a one off prescription filled and normally when I have been to pharmacies everyone usually look sad and not happy to help anyone which can be uncomfortable whilst waiting for a prescription however the staff at whinchat we’re happy smiley and even had a conversation with me which made me feel comfortable. The staff took time out to talk about my medication and talked me through the medication it was nice they took time out to help me understand what the medication was for and how it would work. Thank you whinchat Pharmacy.

I went in to have my 6 month year old baby looked at by the Pharmacist, since he was running a high fever all night and I wasn't too sure on what to do. Since the local surgery didn't have any space to book me in and I knew A&E would be too long a wait I decided the Pharmacy might be best option for now. I was surprised to find out that the Pharmacy were a lot more helpful than I had assumed. They offered me all the medicine I needed to help my child get over their cold. Spent a lot of time speaking with the Pharmacist until I was satisfied and had nothing else more to worry about. Highly recommend everyone tried their best to help me!
