Missing capsules from prescription. Broken boxes of medication made up to make up broken boxes and then told to come back as they didn't have enough to complete the order. This is getting worse each day... I shall be reviewing where my prescription will be sent in the future. Terrible service....

For the third time in a row, I have requested my repeat perscription only to find 4 or 5 days later when I have gone to pick it up that they havent even sent it in to the doctors surgery, so I have been left rushing around at the last minute trying to get the perscription filled as an emergency. I get no apology, just told to come back tomorrow as they do not seem to understand the concept that people have to go to work and cannot just drop everything to pick up medicines that should have already been there if they were to do their job properly. They even blamed the surgery this time saying that the doctor said I asked for it too early. I submitted it on 17th December with my last tablet due on xmas day. When I checked with my surgery the request wasnt sumitted until 21st, the day I went to pick it up. Had to cancel my plans to visit relatives on xmas eve to go and pick up the perscription. Will not use this pharmacy again.
