This chemist is unprofessional and it just seems like chaos behind the counter! Over and over again I have had to wait whilst they lost my prescription sent over from the doctors. I have stood at the counter countless times whilst they rummage through bags of prescriptions and the chemist looked harassed and fed up looking for it, asking every member of staff if they've seen it! It happens everytime. You'd think they'd get a better system in place by now. The close for one hour at lunch and close dead on time and early on a Saturday, hopeless if you are working and need to collect your prescription. Impossible to just nip in to get it, you have to allow for the 10 mins they spend looking for it. I have now changed chemist for my prescriptions to be sent to to the main tesco pharmacy where they are open really convenient hours and are professional and quick with serving you.
