This pharmacy offers a service that is supposed to request a new prescription every time your regular medications are finished, except they don't actually do this. After I have chased my GP for a new script they are then supposed to text you when it's ready, but they can't even do this right. After chasing them for my medicine they tell me to pick it up in the morning but when I go, they don't even have any idea that I am coming and ask me to come back later in the day. I will not be getting my medication from this pharmacy again. They tell me they have sent me a text when they haven't, I am now without my pain killers! Bad service! | ||||||

Staff are kind and pleasant. Never had an issue, they are always clear to communicate with me if they dont have my prescription in stock and when I would be able to collect it from them. They seem to get regular deliveries of medicines so if they dont have something it's never a long wait. Mostly my meds have always been there. Havent used the repeat prescription electronic service yet. | ||||||
