We've made it our mission to take the hassle out of prescriptions. To do this, we're changing how we work so that we can give you more choice in how you get your medicines.
Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Far be it to be greeted with a smile, the two staff members did not even acknowledge i was there!
I remained stood for what seemed ages before a third staff member appeared, walked past me holding a box of meds then asked me if i was being served after noticing that i was looking at her intensely! The other two continued with what they were doing, occasionally turning to each other and muttering something and giggling. This is simply unacceptable. Part of their job is customer service. I appriciate you're busy. Saying to a customer who has just walked in that "I'll be with you as soon as i can" doesn't stop you from doing your work and it allows the customer to feel they are not being ignored! This has happened before at this same pharmacy. I will not be using it again! Original Comment Report...

I am absolutely at my wits end with problems with this pharmacy, always issues with delivery and today I was put on hold for 18 mins before I hung up and rang again. All in vain I did not get my prescription delivered as I was assured. I accept the fact that medication is not always readily available but I have had repeated problems receiving my medication. I suffer from anxiety and really depend on a good delivery service due to the fact I am rarely able to pick it up myself, I suppose I have to be grateful my life doesn't entirely depend on it but my mental health does.
