Never, ever answer the phone. Are deliberately rude and quite genuinely offer some of the worst customer service you could imagine. Loads of other pharmacies around so go elsewhere |

Truly shocking and unbelievably rude. When I finally got them to answer the phone after eleven attempts for a repeat prescription I was told not to call on a Saturday as they were busy! It takes over a week to get a prescription, last time they forgot to even send the request through to the surgery. If they have so little commitment to their work, surely any number of those recently thrown out of work would be glad of the opportunity to replace them. |

Drifted back here at the start of year as neighbours said it was running well again.
It was: busy but honest wait time and reasonable turn around with my prescriptions and dispensers that got my repeat prescriptions bang on when I ordered.
Polite to me and my family at the counter and helpful with advice.
Then BANG! By June the service was rude unreliable and the place is dirty and graffiti covered. Go to the pharmacy at 9. No pharmacist so can’t collect my medication. Pop back in 9:30 on way to work, Pharmacy looks like a drop in centre. So ask daughter to collect in the afternoon - can’t “sorry, pharmacist is at lunch”! At 2:45pm when it’s says on website no pharmacist at 1pm. Ok must be a one off- no! Keeps happening! Encouraged by staff to officially complain as place is appallingly managed. So I did - and a relative had too. Manager keeps shouting out “2 mins” for you to wait as she natters away. 25 mins later “oh sorry forgot, good give me 2 mins”. 50 minute wait and only 1 customer waiting. To then get my medicine home to find items missing. My complaint was ignored (so take no notice of the response in the previous post someone wrote as they don’t bother = don’t care), thrice promised area manager would contact me. She didn’t bother . Please NHS, get someone to manage our community Pharmacy PROPERLY. “Our patient experience team would...like to reassure you”. How patronising- We’ve had 6 months of repeated shocking rude error filled experience- that’s my household, 3 families from my road and relatives: won’t return!
