I bought 2 products in their website and I never received confirmation. I called them many times but they never answer the phone, or received my product. Are they scam? how they do this,

Put an order to them via their website on the 17th February and never received the products or received any email to explain why there were delays. Would avoid with a barge pole!

Each and every time ive had any contact with the staff at Essentials Pharmacy, I've been given the most attentive, helpful and respectful customer care by everyone. Whether by email, phone or in person, you can really tell They actually do care. Makes a massive difference, and it's not something one easily finds, even more so in Central London!
