I have been using this pharmacy for last 12 years, very friendly and knowledgeable team at this pharmacy, the two pharmacists provide consistent service over the years I have been visiting this pharmacy. The team supporting the two pharmacists are also very helpful. I usually receive my prescription medicine within time and occasionally when I have been too ill to leave home, they have provided a free delivery service. I continue to use this pharmacy even during the lockdown they continued providing the same level of service. I have also taken up their ancillary services like blood pressure monitoring and weight management advice. | ||||||

NHS booked me the over 40s health check here. First one was cancelled for no staff. For the second one I got there to be told they couldn't do it because the computer system was down - I pointed out the computer didn't do the check and it could be done and the computer input done later when the computer was back up but they insisted on booking another appointment for 8.30 this morning. Arrived before 8.30, it is now 8.45 and the place is still closed with no sign of anyone opening it. I took time off work 3 times and still didn't get the check. Pathetic. | ||||||

I found the staff very helpful and professional. The gentleman at the counter is very helpful and gives good advice when you ask him the questions. He gives you a straight no nonsense answer, which is greatly appreciated.
Would recommend to others. Nice to have a local pharmacy providing personalised service and caring about the people who come. | ||||||
