Very poor service submit your prescription 7 days before hand and still not ready. Staff unhelpful and at times down right rude. More interested in keeping people waiting outside the shop with the only 4 people allowed in at a time. Shouting at people to put masks on when by law it's not required. I have never had trouble at the other branches. |

Your prescription is never in the right place and takes forever to find, I mean how hard is it to keep labelled packets in alphabetical order? Half the time they make it up there and then despite ordering days before.
Frequently, they don't have your medication even 4-5 days after ordering.
However, today was the worst, after listening to the counter staff talking about their work to another uninterested customer it turns out half my medication wan't there. This is 7 days after placing the order online. Then, to comnpund the issue I was outright lied to! After a quick glance at one of my precriptions (not made by my doctor) I was told that this doctor had been late sending down my prescription - it's a repeat prescription, made out by a different doctor from the one they named and requested online where I can see the date it was sent to the pharmacy - it's on record! No, you did not receive it after 5pm yesterday, you received it 4 days ago!
Fortunately it's not for anything too serious, but if your medication is important, do not use this disorganised rabble. Despite being my closest, I've had enough and I'm changing ASAP.
