I hate to write this as my recent experience has caused me and my elderly family member so much distress. I did not realise that I would spend the last days of my mother's life, fruitlessly chasing prescription items without any empathy shown or any help offered when they were out of stock. I was of course aware of the workload the staff have, they are chronically understaffed was the quiet excuse from the counter assistant, but that was the extent of their apology before sending me on my way without any idea about where to get my prescription filled. I hope for the sake of others whomsoever find themselves in this situation that they avoid this place for now, or at least the manager of this place is to implement change as a result of this comment. Sadly my mother has passed away, I mean no offence by these comments, I hope I am being coherent, but felt I needed to leave feedback.
