The manger/ owner is rude and she constantly bullying the staff which are so nice she belittles them in front of customers. as a disabled customer I have been spoken over by her told I don’t know what I’m talking about even after giving her the benefit of doubt I am always right in the end and know what I’m talking about. I have used this chemist for two years and have my regular medication prescriptions sent there I have now changed chemist and I am receiving proper customer service | ||||||

I changed my nominated pharmacy for repeat prescriptions to Sefgrove after experiencing declining performance elsewhere. I find it to be well stocked and well staffed by people who are attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient - an excellent, professional local business. | ||||||
