I like staff at boots in Golders Green but the pharmacy section is very unreliable, unorganised and so difficult to talk to any of pharmisst due to shortages of staff and not having a manager. I am 70 with arthritis so I can't keep going to check on my repeat prescription if it arrives. It is impossible to call as nobody answers you . I hope the head office can resolve the mess over there
