They dont even pick up their flipping phones!!!

Doing me a favour? I've never been more upset and angry about service received than today at Lloyd's pharmacy in Oldham, I have the same medication that is extremely important for my mental health illness and is so important that I take it regularly to prevent any unwanted symptoms of bi polar disorder. After being spoken to by a member of staff and the pharmacist himself I was left feeling so sad and confused with the whole situation. I was told that weekly prescription were not usually done by them and they were in fact doing me a favour by dispensing my medication weekly and it's not there problem, I was pushed into ringing head office to find out what I had to do to help me sort out my medication and let them know what there company were behaving like to customers, with their attitude and lack of knowledge. I made a recording of the conversation and after I spoke with head office I at last got a phone call to let me know my medication was ready to be picked up some 4 hours later. Discusting
