I have used this pharmacy for many years. The staff are all friendly and well informed. I had a query today after collecting my repeat prescription so I phoned this afternoon and it was dealt with quickly by the Dax the pharmacist. I am very happy with the service.

I have used Pharmacy Direct in Shirley for many years to provide my medication. The meds are always on time and the staff are really helpful. Also, it is very convenient having a ‘local’ pharmacy. I would have awarded 5 stars in this review except for the fact that I had a negative experience when shopping for an item today, which cost £2:00. I thought I would pay by contactless only to be told that there is a minimum of £5:00 to use this service. I find this very archaic in this day and age. I realise that small items are not where most of your profits come from but I think in the long run you may lose some valuable customers. I hope you may reconsider this as I’m sure it must irritate quite a few people.
