Started using this pharmacy a few years ago and was excellent but the last 2 years has gone downhill. Prescriptions not ready when using automatic prescription service. Prescriptions mislaid. Constant queues. I think the pharmacy is overwhelmed and cannot cope with demand. The staff are all lovely and are doing their best. They need to recruit more staff at least. I feel sorry for the staff who must be under great stress. We are now trying another pharmacy for our regular prescriptions.

Absolutely shocking service , it’s got massively worst over the years , they don’t pick up the phone for days and days so you are left queuing for 20-30 mins for prescriptions which should of already been done then waiting 20-40 mins for them to prepare it ! They close for 2 hours lunch now and when there opening times are until 630pm I hear them tell another customer they are closing at 5pm ! It’s just extremely poor service oh and that don’t always have the pills or half a script then you have to have the hassle of all this again ! Just shocking !
