I collected a prescription from this pharmacy about one month ago. When I got home, I found that only half of the drugs were in the bag. I called the pharmacy and they said that they had neglected to give me the second package of drugs they had for me. This entailed a second trip to collect the second packet. I am now post-operative and housebound so I sent a friend to collect my prescription. When she returned they had given her one of the drugs on the prescription but not the second one. I called the pharmacy and they told me that once again they had neglected to give my friend the second package. It is Saturday afternoon and my friend can not go back until tomorrow. Superdrug pharmacy does not open on Sundays so I will have to wait until Monday now for my medication. This is a heart tablet which I am supposed to take every day and will now have to miss two days because of the incompetence.

I registered with Superdrug online pharmacy and ordered my first prescription which was fine. When it came to reordering I tried to log into my account and it stated I didn’t have an account with them. My username and password were correct so I tried to log in again and that’s when they locked my account (how can my account me be locked if I supposedly don’t have one). I called the support team and explained the situation and was told the IT department would look into it. 5 months later I’ve still not heard anything and still don’t have access to my account nor can I get the prescription they have of mine. I do not recommend Superdrug online pharmacy at all but highly recommended Pharmacy2U who is nothing short of perfection.
