Our 6m old baby was prescribed a huge overdose of antihistamine and it was spotted. Doctor has now rectified by amending prescription. Original Comment Report...

Hello. We have used Asda pharmacy for specialist drugs in 2017. Asda is cost effective. However, the service provided by two members of staff has been great. They have been both professional and helpful at all times. They deserve recognition. When I have left positive feedback at Customer Services, it seems it has not cascaded down to them. However, the overall service from the rest of Pharmacy has been not good. They have let us down a number of times which is unfortunate. Without the help from these two members of staff to rectify matters, we would have probably made a complaint and taken our custom elsewhere (i.e. Lloyds or other local pharmacies).
