Every time I've been to this pharmacy to collect my medication, they can never find them, I have a double barrelled last name. This seems to confuse the staff greatly, they do not know whether to look under one surname or the other. I'm just made to feel like its my fault, like I chose my own name?? Many times they have walked to the back and shouted out my personal details for confirmation, surely this is against GDPR?

I have problems everything my repeat prescriptions are done...its very frustrating that some of the staff don't seem to know what they are doing

Lovely staff, but each time I have attended the pharmacy to pick a prescription up, they would walk away from the counter, to the back of the shop, and loudly ask for my Personel Details, being my Date of Birth, Address and what Tablets I will be picking up, infront of other people to Hear. Which I thought was very unprofessional.
