I took my prescription in to branch on Monday was told that not everything was in but to come back in Tuesday afternoon to collect all of it. I couldn’t get back in to the branch till the Friday (4 days later) and was told that it had to be ordered in. When I pointed out I was told that the missing items were being ordered in on the Monday I was told that the warehouse had been shut for three days and that’s why they weren’t there I was then told to try coming back after 3pm tomorrow or the day after or wait till Monday. I pointed out that tomorrow was Saturday and got no response. I was then told take the prescription back and go somewhere else. When I pointed out that because they had written on the back the prescription wouldn’t be excepted any where else I got no answer or response from the pharmacist when I suffer from extreme anxiety I got told we all do. I felt like I was being belittled and as if I wasn’t worth anything The pharmacist turned round and walked off I asked again who I could complain to I was blanked and ignored as she wasn’t interested in answering me or didn’t want to. This isn’t the first time that medicine hasn’t been available but before I wasn’t treated like a bit of rubbish in my mind.
