This Well pharmacy is located in a very small town, yet is always incredibly busy, serving the surrounding areas as well as Audley. Despite this, the service provided by the pharmacists and their assistants is always fantastic - friendly, patient and helpful. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble, regardless of who they are dealing with and how busy they are. Can’t praise them highly enough. I have reviewed this, my local, pharmacy before, when I was extremely unimpressed with waittimes, quality of service, and staff ability.
Over a year has passed and I’d like to review my thoughts.
Staff cycle appears to have slowed, although there is more turnover still than I would like.
That said, I find much more often that ringing to request a prescription make-up, or collection of a controlled drug px from the surgery results in very high quality, both over the phone, in store, and reviewing the order at home rarely something is missed.
I firmly believe this improvement is due to staff quality, and the main pharmacist is extremely professional and nothing is too much trouble, she’s a total credit to the store. Also, staff are much friendlier and less argumentative!, with one particular person being the standout.

Visited this morning after the pharmacist was recommended to me. I was visiting from outside the area and she immediately advised me to see a doctor. She correctly diagnosed an infection in my foot and was able to even tell me which antibiotics were required. After getting an emergency appointment she dispensed the antibiotics very quickly and gave more advice. Best service I’ve had and happy to leave an excellent review! Thank you.
