Couldn't find what I wanted on the shelves, so asked pharmacy assistant, who was rude and unhelpful. Eventually found the right shelf, but it was empty.

Attended this pharmacy to drop off a prescription, the first lady I spoke to was warm and friendly and advised my script would take 10/15 minutes. On return I picked up my script from the pharmacist herself, I was immediately met with a stare and a cold attitude. I politely enquired about another drug (which from clinical experience I know is over the counter) and she refused and told me it was prescription only.. For such a small interaction with this pharmacy and pharmacist I am left frustrated, when you’re dealing with the public & patients despite how tired or fed up you are you should always aim to treat people with kindness & respect and at a push try to smile.

Dropped a script in on Friday. Told the medication would be ordered and to call after lunchtime Saturday to get medication. On return on Saturday the lady serving couldn't find the prescription, then stated the meds hadnt been delivered. When I asked to take the prescription elsewhere she became hostile stating "It's pointless no where else will have it". I wasn't aware that asda counter staff had psychic powers and accurate up to date knowledge of other pharmacy stock. Someone needs some further training in customer service skills or a new job. The word sorry is also useful!
